September 28, 2017 KMS Solutions, LLC (KMS), a Subsystem Technologies, Inc. company, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a prime contractor task order by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and its Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport under the U.S. Navy’s SeaPort-e program.  The total potential value of the award is $27.6 million over 5 years.

Under the terms of the contract, KMS will support the Navy Technical Training Audit Program (TTAP) requirements by performing technical training audits; provide training project management support; evaluate and assess commercial training techniques and solutions; provide configuration management (CM) support; and provide logistics support services that include: material packaging, shipping, receiving, inspection, and inventory and tracking of training systems components, from the time they are received through final Government acceptance at Norfolk Naval Station in Virginia and KMS facilities.  In addition KMS will provide project management support services to identify Navy training requirements for the proper planning and execution of Initial Install, Interim, and Life Cycle training for multiple ship classes to include the Littoral Combat Ship, Guided Missile Destroyers, Landing Helicopter Ships, Guided Missile Cruisers, Nuclear Aircraft Carriers, Amphibious Transport Ships, Expeditionary Mobile Base Ships, and Nuclear-Powered Submarines.

June 30, 2017 Subsystem Technologies, Inc., (SUBSYTEMs) has acquired KMS Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA), policy analysis, and workforce development training for the Defense Department and the US Intelligence Community.

Formed in 2005, KMS has extensive experience supporting the U.S. Navy Submarine Force.  KMS Solutions provides “cradle-to-grave” life-cycle support spanning analysis of requirements and alternatives, specification development and systems engineering; pre-deployment testing; in-service engineering, modernization, and maintenance planning; and deactivation and recycling.  Key services include C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) systems engineering and integration; cybersecurity and information assurance for classified computer operating systems; and test range engineering and operations.  KMS Solutions will be a wholly owned subsidiary of SUBSYSTEMs.

October 31, 2016 KMS Solutions, LLC (KMS) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a 5-year prime contractor task order by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and its Naval Surface Warfare Carderock Division (NSWCCD) under the U.S. Navy’s SeaPort-e program.

Under the terms of the contract, KMS will provide engineering and technical support for the planning, conduct, and execution of Ocean Engineering Projects and RDT&E activities conducted at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Detachment Puget Sound (NSWCCD DET) located at Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor (NBK Bangor), Washington. KMS will provide a variety of technical and engineering services to include projects and RDT&E efforts associated with: underwater acoustic data acquisition and processing systems; surface and subsurface navigation and tracking systems (hardware and software); acoustic noise characterization and performance measurement of Remotely Operated underwater Vehicles (ROVs), Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs), and other specialized underwater tools to include sonars, dopplers, and mine-hunting hardware. KMS will also support operational exercises in support of US Navy fleet training and Special Forces exercises.

NSWC Carderock Division is the U.S. Navy's state-of-the-art research, engineering, modeling and test center for developing advanced platforms and ship systems. September 2, 2016 KMS Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce that it has received the exercise of its first contract option under a contract to support the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) Instructional Systems Design/Curriculum Development program at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida.  The work is support from the KMS offices located at 6767 N. Wickham Road in Melbourne, Florida.   

March 5, 2016 - KMS Solutions, LLC (KMS) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a 5-year prime contractor task order by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and its Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) under the U.S. Navy’s SeaPort-e program.   
Under the terms of the contract, KMS will develop technology refresh products and prototype systems for the NUWC’s Range Engineering & Analysis Department programs, ranges and facilities. A variety of technical and engineering services will be required to include concept studies and analysis, requirement definitions, preliminary planning, evaluation of alternative technical approaches, and analysis of the associated costs for the development and enhancement of high level performance specifications for combat, surveillance, and undersea tracking range systems. The end products and prototype systems developed will typically be complete packages for insertion into or the upgrade of existing systems. Entirely new technologies and systems may be developed, and the analysis of system safety aspects and survivability testing will also be required.

October 6, 2015 - KMS Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new 5-year prime contract to support the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) Translation Support Services contract. The contract was competed as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and KMS Solutions is a subcontractor on the winning CLGT Solutions team. The overall purpose of the contract is to support the translation and language requirements of the CJCS, JCS, OSD, DIA, and COCOM J2s. The work performed under the contract will include translating written, electronic, and multi-media material to and from English and a foreign language, interpreting oral communication to and from English and a Target Language, editing, and database administration. Work under the contract will be performed in the National Capital Region (NCR) as well as at NMEC, and Intelligence Community (IC) locations worldwide. NMEC is an IC-wide support center under the cognizance of the Director for National Intelligence (DNI) and a tenant at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) as its executive agent. NMECs primary mission is to lead and coordinate IC-wide efforts to analyze and disseminate information gleaned from paper documents, electronic media, videotapes, audiotapes, and electronic equipment seized by the U.S. military and Intelligence Community.  

The contract has a 4-year 9-month period of performance and the ceiling value of the KMS subcontract is yet to be determined. We are participating in a contract team job fair this week and expect to have a KMS staff working on the contract very soon.  

This good news is work that falls under our focus capability of doing analytical work in the National Capital Region for Intelligence Community clients. My thanks to all on the KMS operations and business development team who contributed to this latest KMS win.  

September 30, 2015 - KMS Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new 5-year prime contract to support the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) Instructional Design/Curriculum Development program.  This is the second new KMS award in support of DEOMI this month.  The overall purpose of the contract is to develop curriculum that is thoroughly researched, understandable, relevant and applicable to trainers in conducting training programs for DEOMI as well as analyze and develop recommendations concerning the use of training methodology/technology used to achieve training objectives.  In addition the KMS Instructional Design/Curriculum Development team will review current and evolving technologies and training programs to identify areas in which new technology can facilitate training effectiveness, provide advice, assistance, and training to DEOMI personnel, as needed, to address instructional design, curriculum development, and training evaluation matters.  

DEOMI is a U.S. Department of Defense joint services school located near the KMS Melbourne offices at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, offering both resident and off-site courses in areas including equal opportunity, intercultural communication, and religious, racial, gender, and ethnic diversity and pluralism to civilian and military personnel working with the U.S. Armed Forces.

September 25, 2015 - KMS Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new 5-year prime contract to support the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) Disability program.  The overall purpose of the contract is to provide support services for resident and military and civilian EO/EEO training courses, seminars, DEOMI Equal Opportunity Climate Survey (DEOCS) Interpretation, DEOCS Executive Summary Production and Focus Group conduct. EO/EEO training to civilian EEO counselors, specialists and managers, military personnel and official from DoD and other Federal, State, local agencies and the private sector.

KMS Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce that it was named subcontractor to SRA International, Inc. in the US Army Intelligence and Security Commands (INSCOM) award of its Global Intelligence Support Services (GISS) multiple award ID/IQ contract with a 5-year period of performance and an overall combined ceiling value of $5 billion.  The required support services under the GISS contract include the following areas: (1) intelligence and security operations; (2) information operations; (3) mission support for facilities management, logistics, training, and intelligence systems support; and (4) sustainment services – including program management, strategic planning, administrative and requirements analysis services.  Work funded under the contract can support worldwide requirements.


December 24, 2014 KMS Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new prime contract task order by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) under the U.S. Navy's SeaPort-e contract program.  The total potential value of the award is $2.43 million over a 5-year period of performance.

Under the terms of the contract, KMS Solutions will provide NAVSEA's Acquisition Workforce Development program with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) support services and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as they assess need, design, develop, and deliver training modules to maintain and continually improve NAVSEA's Acquisition Workforce Development (AWD) program.

Located at The Navy Yard in Washington, D.C., NAVSEA's mission is to develop, deliver and maintain ships for the United States Navy.  KMS Solutions CEO Gail Urso said, "This is wonderful news.  Selection of KMS to support these requirements under a multi-year contract demonstrates the US Navy's continuing confidence in our ability to support its full spectrum mission requirements."

Work under the contract will primarily be performed at the KMS Solutions offices located at 205 S. Whiting Street in Alexandria, Virginia. 

July 23, 2014 KMS Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new prime contract task order by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and it Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) under the U.S. Navy’s SeaPort-e program.  The total potential value of the award is $10.9 million over a 3-year period of performance.  

Under the terms of the contract, KMS Solutions will provide NSWCCD’s South Florida Ocean Measurement Facility (SFOMF) at Dania, Florida with scientific, engineering, technical assistance, and related services in support of SFOMF’s underwater testing ranges, associated underwater and shore side assets, marine vehicles, designs, studies, equipment maintenance, and test range operations.  The overall purpose of the contract is to provide the systems engineering and technical assistance services required to conduct acoustic and electromagnetic signatures research, development, test and evaluation trials, operations, and system installations and maintenance in support of the SFOMF.  

Located on the south side of the Port Everglades inlet in Ft Lauderdale FL, the SFOMF offers land, sea, and air test environments in a natural laboratory setting for use by government, private industry, and the educational/research institution community.  KMS CEO Gail Urso said, “I’m very excited about this award.  It is another stepping stone in the strategic path that we set out on several years ago and represents the US Navy’s continuing confidence in our ability to support its engineering and technical assistance requirements.”

March 27, 2014 – KMS is pleased to announce that Wayne King, Senior Director of Operations, has been promoted to Senior Vice President.  Mr. King joined KMS three years ago and he has been instrumental in helping shape and execute the company’s focus to build on its strengths in (1) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA), (2) Policy and Intelligence Analysis, and (3) Training/Human Capital Development support in the geographic areas of the National Capital Region, Rhode Island, and Central Florida with DoD Joint, US Navy, and Intelligence Community clients.

March 5, 2014 - KMS Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new prime contract task order by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and its Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport under the U.S. Navy’s SeaPort-e program.  The total potential value of the award is $14.9 million over a 3-year period of performance.
 
Under the terms of the contract, KMS Solutions will provide technical services pertaining to the management, planning, systems engineering, integration, testing and evaluation in support of operational and future submarines and shore sites. Emphasis shall be on systems engineering, integration, test and evaluation, development and maintenance related to the Non-Propulsion Electronic Systems (NPES) and related subsystems for all programs on the Los Angeles, Ohio (SSBN/SSGN), SEAWOLF, Virginia and Ohio Replacement Class submarines, Foreign Navy platforms, autonomous vehicles, small manned submersibles, and future Undersea Warfare platforms.
 
Work under the contract will primarily be performed from the KMS Solutions offices located at Two Corporate Place, Middletown, Rhode Island.


September 1, 2013 - KMS is pleased to announce that it has received the exercise of a fourth option year for its contract supporting the Intelligence Communities Solutions for Intelligence Training (SIT) Program at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, D.C.

Under the contract, KMS provides classroom instructors (faculty), curriculum developers (instructional systems design personnel), and education specialists (training data support) in support of the National Intelligence University (NIU), the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Center for Leadership Development, the DIA Language and Regional Expertise Center, the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center, and the DIA deployment training for operational- and strategic-level intelligence analysts.
 
June 20, 2013 - KMS is pleased to announce the exercise its second option year under a US Navy SeaPort-e 3-year prime contract task order under its US Navy SeaPort-e contract to provide contractor analytical advisory and assistance services for the offices of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Acquisition Policy.
 
May 14, 2013 – KMS was recently awarded a 6 month extension of its contract to provide analytical support to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff J1 Personnel Readiness Division.  Under the terms of the extension, KMS will continue to provide analytical support staff at the Pentagon in the areas of global force tracking management, requirements analysis, personnel accountability in conjunction with natural or manmade disasters, process documentation, and training development.
 
April 16, 2013 - KMS is pleased to announce the exercise its third option year under a US Navy SeaPort-e 5-year prime contract task order to provide training advisory and technical services under its US Navy SeaPort-e contract.  KMS provides all staffing, equipment, and materials necessary to develop and deliver courses of instruction for Joint Staff Action Officers, Division Chiefs, and Flag & General Officers.
 
January 31, 2013 - KMS is pleased to announce the exercise its second option year under a US Navy SeaPort-e 5-year prime contract task order to provide training advisory and technical services to develop and deliver the Department of Defense web-enabled on-line Level I Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Training Program.  The effort is sponsored by the Joint Staff J3 and supports the training requirements of over 100,000 individual’s each month.
 
January 25, 2013 – KMS recently received exercise of a second option year to work as a subcontractor under a contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Science & Technology directorate.  The exercise of this option continues the KMS Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Services for the National Consortium for MASINT Research (NCMR), a program under the direction of the National MASINT Management Office (NMMO). The KMS scientific staff supports efforts providing cutting-edge MASINT research and development (R&D) for the Intelligence Community (IC).  A formal consortium of laboratories, academia, and industry forms the core of the advanced MASINT Research and Development (R&D) program.


October 1, 2012 – KMS Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a subcontract by DELL Federal to provide Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) support services for NAVSEA PEO Submarines.  The period of performance for this new KMS contract is through June 12, 2017 and it has a total potential value of over $36.5 million.

April 1, 2012 – KMS Solutions has moved its Rhode Island offices from Wakefield, Rhode Island to 2 Corporate Place, Middletown, Rhode Island.  Bob Urso, KMS Chief Operating Officer, noted “This is a strategic move for us.  When we first opened our offices in Rhode Island our focus was to do what we could to make an economic contribution.  As our presence and capability have matured, it made much more sense for KMS to also be where the center of gravity for US defense industry activity is in Rhode Island.  As a result we’ve relocated to Aquidneck Island.”

March 14, 2012 – KMS has been selected by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) to provide Mobile Training Team (MTT) support.  Under the terms of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) KMS will provide diversity and Equal Opportunity education, training, and seminars, Defense Equal Opportunity Climate Survey (DEOCS) Interpretation, Executive Summary Production and Focus Group conduct at various Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.

January 31, 2012 - KMS is pleased to announce the exercise its first option year under a US Navy SeaPort-e 5-year prime contract task order to provide advisory and technical services to develop and deliver the Department of Defense web-enabled on-line Level I Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Training Program.  The effort is sponsored by the Joint Staff J3 and supports the training requirements of over 100,000 individual’s each month.
 
January 25, 2012 – KMS recently received exercise of its option year to work as a subcontractor to Zeltech under a contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).  This exercise continues the KMS Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Services for the National Consortium for MASINT Research (NCMR), a program under the direction of the National MASINT Management Office (NMMO). The KMS scientific staff supports efforts providing cutting-edge MASINT research for the Intelligence Community (IC).  A formal consortium of laboratories, academia, and industry forms the core of the advanced MASINT Research and Development (R&D) program.


October 18, 2011 – KMS is pleased to announce it is a member of one of the teams competitively awarded the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Enterprise Senior Information Technology Advisor (ESITA) support contract.  The contract is an ID/IQ award and the scope includes providing full spectrum, community-wide advisory information technology support services to the US Intelligence Community.

September 29, 2011 – KMS CEO Honored.  In recognition of both her personal contributions and those of KMS to the University of Idaho and its College of Business and Economics; University President M. Duane Nellis, College of Business and Economics Dean Dr. Jack Morris, and Alumni Association Director Steve Johnson presented KMS CEO Gail Urso with a Certificate acknowledging her honorary acceptance as a University of Idaho Alumni.

September 1, 2011 - KMS is pleased to announce that it has received the exercise of a second option year for its contract supporting the Intelligence Communities Solutions for Intelligence Training (SIT) Program at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, D.C.

August 16, 2011 – KMS is pleased to announce that it has been awarded its first task order level work under the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Solutions for Intelligence Human Capital (SIHC) program.  Under the terms of the task order, KMS human capital consultants design and deliver the new employee on boarding program (Gateway) for the DIA.

June 20, 2011 - KMS is pleased to announce that its Analysis & Training Division has competitively won a 3-year prime contractor task order under its US Navy SeaPort-e contract to provide contractor advisory and assistance services for the offices of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Acquisition Policy.

The total potential value of the task order is over $2.2M with initial scope in the base year of $640.2K.  It is the newest of 3 active KMS prime contract task orders under SeaPort-e.

May 20, 2011 – The KMS Central Florida field office hosted the firm’s 2011 annual meeting.  The agenda included a review of the KMS Solutions financial performance in 2010 with another record year and re-affirmation by the CEO and board of managers of the KMS strategic goals to be achieved through 2012.

January 14, 2011 – KMS announced today that as a subcontractor to Accenture, it is a member of the support team for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for Intelligence Human Capital (SIHC) ID/IQ contract.


December 30, 2010 – Gail M. Urso, KMS Solutions CEO, has signed an agreement to establish an endowment that will provide scholarships to undergraduate students in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Idaho.  Bob Urso, KMS’s founding President  & COO, graduated from the College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

The scholarship is available to deserving full-time undergraduate College of Business and Economics students at the University of Idaho who demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and other factors such as involvement and/or leadership in community activities.

November 29, 2010 - KMS Solutions presented its Analysis, Human Capital Development, and Training Solutions to international military and industry representatives as an exhibitor at the Inter-service/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference held in Orlando Florida.

December 6, 2009 - KMS announced today that Option Year 2 of its 5-year subcontract under the Global Linguist Solutions (GLS) services contract supporting the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) has been exercised.  Under the terms of the contract KMS provides forward deployed US citizen linguists in support of US contingency operations.

May 14, 2009 - KMS Government Services Sector is pleased to announce that it has received the exercise of its first option year of its contract to provide analytical support to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff J1 Personnel Readiness Division.

Under the terms of the contract KMS is providing support staff at the Pentagon in the areas of global force tracking management, requirements analysis, personnel accountability in conjunction with natural or manmade disasters, process documentation, and training development.

May 6, 2009 - KMS was pleased to hold its 2009 annual meeting at its new Wakefield, Rhode Island office coincident with a formal ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the office opening. In addition to employees, also in attendance were invited friends, family, and Rhode Island State Representative Donna Walsh.

March 3, 2009 - KMS announces today the Michele Wood has joined the firm as Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Ms. Wood is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who, prior to joining KMS, served as Vice President of Finance & Administration for $75 million Paragon Gifts Holdings in Rhode Island. Ms. Wood will lead KMS's Finance & Accounting staff resident in the firms Wakefield, Rhode Island office. Her 20+ years of experience includes work as audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).

Ms. Wood has a B.S. in Accounting form the University of Rhode Island. She also served as a Captain in the US Army Reserve.

January 5, 2009 - With the New Year KMS has launched a new teambuilding, leadership and followership line of seminars designed to facilitate groups improving the level of teamwork in the workplace. This new line builds on the DiSC® Personality Style and Behavior Model.

With the launch of the new line which explores personality styles, generational differences, and reinforces those individual and team insights with practical exercises; KMS has already booked its first 20 seminars supporting an intelligence agency in the National Capital Region. Gail Urso, KMS CEO, said "Our instructors and facilitators are each individually certified through a rigorous DiSC®-based training program. May 14, 2008 - KMS Government Services Sector is pleased to announce that it was selected as the prime contractor to provide Individual Augmentee support services to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff J1 Personnel Readiness Division. April 24, 2008 -Today, KMS started work on a contract that it was awarded in January to provide the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Directorate for Analysis HQ with website design, content development, and maintenance services under a 4-year, FFP LOE subcontract. Services include: applying leading edge technologies & software to create briefings that present complex issues in clear and understandable layouts and graphics; as well as ensuring the design and layout of all reports, documents, briefings, and publications are easily retrievable from the DIA websites.

April 1, 2008 - KMS Government Services Sector is pleased to announce that it has received an initial purchase order from Global Linguist Solutions (GLS) to provide deployment logistics support for its US Army Intelligence & Security Command (USAINSCOM) linguists support contract.

As a bid subcontractor to GLS under the option year contract, which has a 5-year performance period (base+4) with all options exercised, KMS can expect to staff as many as 150 positions on the contract.

The KMS manager for the Program is Ray Ross. Mr. Ross is a veteran of the United States Army and a former senior executive with L-3 Communications. The subcontract has a ceiling value of nearly $5.2M. Under the subcontract, KMS provides classroom instructors (faculty), curriculum developers (instructional systems design personnel), and education specialists (training data support) in support of the JMITC intelligence analysis and intelligence information systems training for operational- and strategic-level intelligence analysts. This work includes classroom delivery within the National Capital Region or at designated world-wide training locations.

August 11, 2006 - KMS Government Services is pleased to announce that it has been granted a multi-year subcontract by McNeil Technologies, Inc. under its SeaPort-e multiple award contract to provide support services to the Naval Sea Systems Command and its field activities. Under the ID/IQ contract KMS will provide technical support services on a task order basis in support of McNeil and the US Navy.

August 1, 2006 - Today KMS was awarded a public practice consulting agreement by a $25M New York corporation to spearhead its market penetration strategy within the US Navy and Public Safety technology sectors. This KMS client has been in business since 1973 and is very successful in the Information Technology services business with efforts supporting clients that include New York City, large Federal prime contractors, and the US Navy. KMS will provide a team of senior, seasoned consulting executives in assisting this client with their market penetration goals.

June 8, 2006 - On June 1, 2006 KMS Government Services was awarded a long term contract to provide all source intelligence analysis. Under the terms of the contract, with all options exercised, KMS will deliver over 36,000 man-hours of service through January 2009; and the value of the contract would exceed 3.4M dollars. Initial funding under the contract is $652,407.00.

March 30, 2006 - KMS Solutions is pleased to announce that it has entered into a long term Mentor-Protégé relationship with McNeil Technologies, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement McNeil will provide advisory assistance to KMS in the areas of DOD Industrial Security and general business management. The agreement also provides for award of task orders under a contract with the Federal Government.

January 13, 2006 - KMS Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce that it has entered into a long term teaming and partnering agreement with a $130M US Defense and Intelligence Community support services company located in Northern Virginia. December 1, 2005 - KMS Solutions, LLC public consulting practice announces its selection to providing leadership services, on a consulting basis, for the startup of a new Counter Intelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) global effort in support of a US intelligence activity. Under the task, KMS is placing personnel worldwide as well as ensuring the appropriate logistics support is in place. In addition to North America, deployment sites under the contract include countries in Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific Rim.

October 21, 2005 - Today KMS was awarded a public practice consulting agreement by a Maryland corporation to spearhead its market penetration strategy within the US Navy technology services sector. This KMS client has been in business since 1987 and is the recipient many prestigious awards acknowledging its successes in Information Technology, Applied Science, and Aerospace Engineering efforts supporting clients that include NASA, the US Army, the US Air Force, and the US Navy.

September 7, 2005 - KMS Government Services is pleased to announce that it has been granted a multi-year subcontract by Advanced Solutions for Tomorrow (ASFT), Inc. to provide support services to the Naval Sea Systems Command and its field activities. Under the ID/IQ contract KMS will provide technical support services on a task order basis in support of ASFT and the US Navy.
